Content Rights and User-Generated Content

Stoleno allows users to submit, share, and access content, including but not limited to text, images, descriptions, locations, and other information (“Content”). By using the app, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to Stoleno. However, by submitting Content, you confirm that:

  • You own the Content, or
  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, or legal authorization to use and share it

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, publish, or share through the app.

2. License Granted to Stoleno

By submitting Content, you grant Stoleno a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your Content
  • Share your Content within the app and across related platforms
  • Promote and improve the service

This license is granted for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Stoleno and remains in effect while the Content is available on the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share Content that:

  • Violates any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.)
  • Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Includes personal data of others without consent
  • Is abusive, threatening, or unlawful
  • Promotes scams or illegal activities

Stoleno reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these rules.

4. Third-Party Content

Stoleno may display or reference Content originating from third parties, including publicly available or community-submitted information.

We do not claim ownership of third-party Content and make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or legality. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any third-party Content they submit.

Stoleno uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to monitor Content. We reserve the right to:

  • Review, remove, or restrict Content at our discretion
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
